Honoring Yeshi's Legacy

Opened in 2019, Yeshi Ethiopian Cuisine is a testament to the rich culinary heritage of Ethiopia. Our restaurant is named in honor of Yeshi, the beloved mother of our founder, Hirut.

Yeshi's passion for cooking and her exceptional skill in the kitchen, particularly with traditional vegan and fasting dishes, served as the inspiration for our establishment.

Hirut founded Yeshi Ethiopian Cuisine with a simple yet powerful mission: to share the authentic and unparalleled flavors of Ethiopian food with the world.
